Advice to User
File Request	To ensure the printing quality,image with 150 DPI resolution or above is recommended. And the image size should be equal to or larger than the print size.
Design Tips	Please fill up all white area Put all important image and text inside the solid orange line (the printing area). Also, keep a certain distance from solid orange line to avoid cutting out of important information Design – This is what we base on when we print Preview – This is just a mock up for better understanding of final product. Do not use it to check the position of your design. For position, you should refer to “Design” page

Q. Is it available to print on products?

All products in IGP EXPRESS are available for printing LOGO or pattern. We’ve got 2 choices of products:

The first kind: customers can click “Upload Logo”, choose the printing area, add text or picture on the self-service design platform. You can view effect picture as well. Click “Done” on top right corner to finish your design, and then you can add it to chart and pay for it directly. The whole process is self-supported.

Another kind: customers can click “Upload printing files” to upload your files(we support Jpg,Png,Ai,Pdf format, and support multiple files). We will use the central position of the product as the default printing position, and our staff will follow up you after confirming the order.

Q. Is there any other extra charge?

If you buy the products directly, you have to pay additional freight charge. And you can enjoy free shipping when the order amount reaches a certain level. Details are on Freight Calculation page.

If you need to print pattern or text on product, IGP EXPRESS will collect printing fees as follows:

Unit price under 20CNY 1CNY/pc Minimum charge is CNY200

Unit price from 20-50CNY 2CNY/pc Minimum charge is CNY200

Unit price from 50-100CNY 3CNY/pc Minimum charge is CNY200

Unit price over 100CNY 5CNY/pc Minimum charge is CNY200

We provide 12 spot color for choices, if customer asks for appointed spot color, we’ll collect 120 CNY for toning fee.

Q. How long is the delivery time? when will you receive the goods?

Delivery time (from payment to the arrival time) = production time + printing time + transport time

Production time:

Different products have got different production time depend on inventories and production complexity. You can view more information on detail page of each product.

Printing time:

If you need to print on products, this may take 2 workdays. If you buy no-printing products directly, this time will not be calculated.

Transport time:

Different countries and regions need different times, transport time depends on place of receipt. You can view details on Freight Calculation page.
