  • How to return and exchange if I received defective products?

  • IGP Express provides you a “no reason to return and exchange” service within 7 days from the date of receiving the products. If the product has got quality problem, IGP Express will afford relevant expenses; otherwise, it will be at the customers expense.


    1.Please contact our customer service before return or exchange(Contact Us), we will help you for the relevant matters.


    2.Exchange instruction

    Once received the product and confirm it as defective in real time, please pack it properly and IGP Express will replace it with a new one. 


    3.Return instruction

    (1). Please check the product again before return to make sure correct operation;

    (2). Contact with customer service team of IGP Express and return the product by proper packing(please note that the returned product must be in new condition and original package with detailed list, invoice and attached parts).

    (3). Only no printing product can enjoy “no reason to return” service in 7 days, customers should afford delivery fee and service charge by themselves,it will not affect secondary sales; returns are not accepted for customized product except defective problems.

  • How to register and login?

  • Click top right corner “Login” button to enter the login page, if you haven’t registered yet, click “Sign up” to register a new account. If you have registered, just input the account number and password. 


  • Import Taxes & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to import tax, duties and related Customs fees for the imports, Fees charged depend on the country of delivery and must be paid to the local tax authority upon receipt of your package. IGP Express is currently unable to predict whether or not you will be charged a fee or what that fee might be. Logistics company or the customs may send a tax notice to the recipient at the time, and relevant taxes and fees shall be at the recipient expense. For further details of charges, please contact your local Customs office directly.

  • What can I do if I forget my password?

  • Clicking “Forget password?”on login page, follow the instructions to change password.


  • how to modify personal information?

  • Hover on top right personal account number, click “My account” on menu and enter my account page to change name, address or password.


  • Can I have the quotation of products?

  • Yes, customer can click “I want a quotation” button in product details page. Fill in company and contact information, the quotation will be sent to your email then.

  • What functions does my account have?


  • My account——you can change your personal information like name, address and password.
    Order history——you can track order history, current order status and delivery information.
    My images——personal image space for storing image, you can directly use the uploaded image when adding image or logo.
    My design——after creating image or logo, the design will be save in “My design” automatically.
    My favorites——collect your favorite product here by clicking “wishlist”.

  • How to make an order?

  • You can select the product on list page and click “add to chart”on detail page;

    If you need printing, some products are available for designing by yourself, you can buy them after designing. And some products, you can upload the files for printing and add them to chart, our staff will follow up you after confirming the order.

  • How long is the delivery time? when will you receive the goods?

  • Delivery time (from payment to the arrival time) = production time + transport time


    Production time:

    Different products have got different production time depend on inventories and printing technology. You can view more information on detail page of each product.


    Transport time:
    Different countries and regions need different times, transport time depends on place of receipt. You can view details on Freight Calculation page.
  • How to view order status or records?

  • Hover on top right corner personal account number, select “Order history” on pull-down menu, you can view the order information, status and records.


  • Can I have the invoice?

  • Yes. If you choose bank transfer, the system will send an e-invoice to your email automatically; if you choose other payment method, you can send a request. IGP Express will also provide you a paper invoice with the shipping products.

  • Can I make an order for only 10 products?

  • Yes, some individual product even support MOQ of 5 pcs. Different product has got different MOQ, you can view it on product detail page.

    Note: After transferring, please upload the bank slip, click on My Account → Orders → view order details → upload the transfer record, we will manually confirm and update the order status into “processing.” once payment received. The production will be begun once receiving the payment.


    3. Send cheque (for Hong Kong only)
    If you submit a cheque payment by post, please write "

  • Is there any other extra charge?

  • If you need to print pattern or text on product, IGP EXPRESS will collect 0.8CNY printing fee for each product (minimum charge is 400 CNY, final cost will be subject to higher amount, minimum charge for hot product is 300CNY), we provide 12 spot color for choices, if customer asks for appointed spot color, we’ll collect 120 CNY for toning fee.

     

  • Can I have some suggestions if I have no idea about the gift?

  • Yes, welcome to use “suggestion” to send your request. You can input your budget on home page or on menu bar. IGP Express will give you some suggestions.

  • About stockout and suspend production

  • Some product may have the situation of stockout, suspend production or price fluctuation。 If there’s shortage of products, we’ll contact customer in time, help you to change product. 

  • Does the product support more than two color printing?

  • Self-service products only support single color printing currently. If you have demand of 2 color printing, please contact us.

    Other products with optional printing methods, such as single-color screen printing, two-color screen printing, and full-color printing, can be selected according to your needs.

  • Is it available to print on products?

  • All products in IGP EXPRESS are available for printing LOGO or pattern. We’ve got 2 choices of products:

    The first kind: customers can click “Upload Logo”, choose the printing area, add text or picture on the self-service design platform. You can view effect picture as well. Click “Done” on top right corner to finish your design, and then you can add it to chart and pay for it directly. The whole process is self-supported.

    Another kind: customers can click “Upload printing files” to upload your files(we support Jpg,Png,Ai,Pdf format, and support multiple files). We will use the central position of the product as the default printing position, and our staff will follow up you after confirming the order.

  • It depends on which product you choose. Some products support printing on packaging, you can view the details on product page. Most products do not support printing on packaging.

  • What kind of printing method does IGP Express support?

  • Screen printing is generally used on self-service products. Client can choose any color via our platform. All the printing will be based on our color standard. If there is any Pantone Color requirements, you can also choose to print in any pantone colors and fill in the Pantone Color directly to ensure color output. .

    * Pantone Color P rinting requires an additional charge of RMB120

    * You need to pay more when you want the extra printing color, each extra color for HKD500, which means if you want 2 color printing, you need to pay HKD 500 more, by parity of reasoning 3 color printing for HKD 1000 more. 


    We provide both screen and color printing for products that need following up, and some special products are available for other printing methods like laser printing.

    Screen printing is generally used. Client can choose any color via our platform. All the printing will be based on our color standard. If there is any Pantone Color requirements, you can also choose to print in any pantone colors and fill in the Pantone Color directly to ensure color output. .

    * Pantone Color P rinting requires an additional charge of RMB120!

    Full-c olor P rinting
    Most of products are D igital P rinting, and some of the paper products are printed in Offset Printing . No Pantone C olors are available. Customers who have very strict requirements on printing colors are not recommended.

  • Does IGP Express provide design service?

  • We do not support design service currently. If you need dedicated services or more personalized gift services, you can source products at www.igpgift.com , or directly email sales@igpgift.com with your service and product requirements, and leave contact information. We will a rrange customer service colleagues to contact you and provide follow-up and advice services. IGP's product range is more than 10,000 items.
